Matters Arising
MG - Funds in the bank – concern was raised that the funds held is too large of an amount. These funds have been allocated to potential necessary costs prepared by MG.
Financial Update (MG)
£245 spent on guttering repair at rear of hall. Now complete.
Query as to the electrical bill increase – this could be due to the defibrillator that must constantly run its own heat to stop it from freezing.

ACTION: DB to contact Deborah Morgan to discuss the Lamarsh defibrillator to assess if this is the cause of the rise in electrical usage.

Building & Maintenance
Guttering works now complete. They were blocked. Various solutions discussed. Need annual maintenance. Suggestion to fit something to prevent clogging deemed ineffective and expensive.
Water ingress issue has disappeared leaving no damage.
Heating. Controls need investigating as to best usage while hall is dormant and in use. Can a frost stat be retrofitted? Current system recirculates air so cannot be used due to Covid-19 risks. Ongoing.
What to do next? Suggestions included windows, kitchen (not critical), date stone. Ongoing.
Gardener required for low level maintenance a few times a year. Hedge cutting, weeding shingle, keeping on top of brambles.

ACTION: SG to contact Alex regarding this.

Future Plans (DB)
Election to be held on 6th May for Police Commissioner confirmed as going ahead.
Requirement for disposable towel system in toilets to be Covid-19 compliant before opening.

ACTION: DB to contact Ferriers for their supplier details.
